Yes, in order for your website to be public on the web, you’ll need a domain name. Domain names are required to be renewed yearly. If you don’t already have a domain name, you can purchase one from us.

In most cases, Blue Winds Media uses WordPress as the CMS. WordPress is the most popular CMS and its very user friendly.

Once your site is completed, you’ll receive an e-mail with your login credentials to your website backend.

Meeting clients face-to-face is always great – but not a requirement. We communicate using phone, email, online meetings & mockups allowing us to work with clients across the world.

While many of our clients host with us, it’s not required. We can work with many different hosting companies as long as they offer cPanel.

A down payment of 50% is required to start any project. Once the project is completed and approved, the final balance will be due.

Our website design packages are designed with the small business owner in mind. We offer multiple different packages depending on the amount of pages/features your website will require.

We also offer maintenance plans in addition to complete website packages.

Every project begins with a free consultation to ensure we’re on the same page regarding the project scope.

Our typical timeline to complete a website is 2 weeks. However, every project is unique and the exact amount of time a build will take cannot be predicted.

Gathering content and media for the website can often push back the completion date.
